You might have noticed a new image in the bottom right corner of your screen—that's Myra (short for My Responsive Assistant), our new AI chatbot. Myra is here to make finding answers on our website quicker and easier.

To provide a personal touch, we have named our new assistant after our long-standing Housing Officer, Myra Buchanan, who has worked in Erskine with Scottish Homes and Bridgewater since 1982.
