We are delighted to publish our Customer Engagement Strategy which replaces the previous Tenant Participation strategy and policy. The new Strategy was approved by the Board at the meeting of 6 March 2024, it outlines a range of engagement mechanisms which we will consider in terms of our engagement with our customers, our Customer Service Standards and an Action Plan for 2024/25.
