Customer Engagement Strategy 2024

We are delighted to publish our Customer Engagement Strategy which replaces the previous Tenant Participation strategy and policy. The new Strategy was approved by the Board at the meeting of 6 March 2024, it outlines a range of engagement mechanisms which we will consider in terms of our engagement with our customers, our Customer Service Standards and an Action Plan for 2024/25.  We would be please to hear from tenants interested in joining a short life working group to provide feedback on our service , please contact The following important appendices are included:
